Introduction

Dr. Know Admin is the administrative app used to configure and manage a Dr. Know subscription.

This app is primarily used by:

1. Dr. Know Support Engineers
2. Site Administrators
3. Select Support Staff
4. Select IT Members

Installation

Installation may depend on your organization's IT policies.

While the Dr. Know Admin app can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft Store, your organization may provide their own software repository where products are downloaded.

If you are unsure how to proceed with installation, check with your manager or with your IT department for further instructions.

Login

Login is done using your same credentials you use for the Dr. Know app. Your role settings provided by your site or account admin determines your access level to this tool.
