Dr. Know's growing suite of services are **dynamic** by design and often provide a way for you to extend or modify their behavior, in real time. They are **triggered** in their own unique ways, such as when a user performs a specific action within a Dr. Know product. While some Dr. Know services run independently, others provide ways for you to extend their capabilities via the **service** object inside of an associated **script**. Services are configured and managed inside the **Dr. Know - Admin** tool. Speak with a support engineer for more information. Learn more about these services [here](https://www.doc-know.com/services). Then review the documentation for each service to discover the extensible capabilities offered via the **service** object, when available. Services **Services** are special programs that run in the **background** (in the cloud), and do not have a user interface associated with them. They are **purpose driven** and typically fetch, filter, organize, store, prepare, or analyze data in some way. They can also communicate with other products and services.
