License File

Once your ‘Relay Server’ is installed, you need to install your connection's license file. This file is what tells the Relay Server software which connection it will be serving.

Once installed, you will not need to install this file ever again. When making configuration changes to your connection in the future, these changes will automatically be detected by the Relay Server, without the need to re-download the license file.

Clicking the License File button on your connection’s page will download the license file. Copy this file to the Relay Server’s folder on the allocated server machine.

Reboot your server machine and your Relay Server should automatically start. You are now ready for testing!
