### Agents

**Agents** are software programs that run in the background, are context-aware, and can perform various data and logic-driven tasks, including:

The Dr. Know product line uses agents to deliver compelling user experiences that are unique, dynamic, and intelligent. They are configured using **Dr. Know Admin**.

### Features

Agents support a growing suite of capabilities, including:

- Detect real-time patterns in your data
- Identify new business opportunities and keep better track of patient outcomes
- Use simple logic to observe, analyze, and collect data samples, in real time, when reports are completed
- When matches are found, notify appropriate Team dashboards or Webhooks
- Interact with the Dr. Know Copilot AI Large Language Model (LLM) service
- Collect data samples and download for post-analytics and research
- Supports both single-site and multi-site research efforts
